Sourcing and replacing the LiPo batteries from the 8BitDo SN30Pro and SF30Pro controllers.

The batteries are 3.7v LiPo batteries. The original batteries are 480mAh 451860, but I have replaced with 500mAh 402060 cells from AliExpress.
If you don't mind waiting a couple of weeks, AliExpress can be a great place to get supplies at a fraction of the cost.
