Did some polling test and also found out if you press home+B in 2.4GHz mode you get steam support and much faster polling rate compared to the official bluetooth /steam mode https://www.8bitdo.com/steam/

2.4GHz mode

Home = Xinput 900+Hz
Home+B = D-input/Steam 700-780Hz
Home+Y = Switch Pro 60Hz

Bluetooth
D-input/Steam = 120Hz

Wired
900+Hz

So the Switch pro mode is actually terrible and probably explains why the motion control in Cemu was so laggy/stuttery. Not sure if it's a bug or something wrong but 60Hz is a terribly low polling rate.
