0The mod of the week is regenerating shields for everyone! Basically I made it so that all actual shields regenerate, like in the first game, and all non-shields ("armour" and "barrier") don't. In addition, the enemies can also now make use of fast shield regen in cover and destroying their shields soaks up all the damage dealt to them, just like for the player. It makes it completely fair, and every enemy is now a powerhouse of shielding.
It's another Coalesced.ini tweak to be applied via ME2ModManager:
