Log in to your Steam account and click on your profile name in the top right-hand corner.
From the drop-down menu, select "View Profile."
On your profile page, click the "Edit Profile" button.

To change your account name, click the "Account Details" button on the right-hand side of the page.
On the account details page, click the "Change" button next to your current account name.
