The lowest picture that the Color Temperature Meter app can read with my S23U camera is 14, which is 5.5% signal level (from 0 to 255).

Different cameras might read Magenta to Green balance differently and to find out yours you need to get a light source that's 6500k and point it directly into the camera with the app to see what's the real cero. For example, if you see 0.003 green, that means you want to calibrate, aiming for 6500k and 0.003 green. If your phone camera doesn't read 6500k, you can calibrate the app, but I would recommend you to try with a different phone. It has been reported by multiple users that the app reads 6500k uncalibrated in many phones.

Green 0.001 settings: These are (I believe) QDOLED like. Magenta hue. These settings are the ones I featured in this video

Green 0.002 settings: These are the best so far, imo because they remove the ugly green hue without making it Magenta hue.

Green 0.003 settings: These are the most conservative and probably closer to D65. I can't know if it's D65 because 6500k isn't enough. You need the exact coordinate, and the app doesn't offer that possibility. I'm using my eyes to throw the best rock.
