0For xmas dinner a couple of my friends and I were doing some early in the day preparations. This video contains a Defrosted Tuderken which for 3kgs takes about a day to defrost.
A tuderken is basically a Chicken in a duck in a Turkey and it is all deboned and takes about 4-5 hours to cook properly.
