A Game Inspired by Portal - SB Previews Polarity
3We take a look at a game called Polarity. It was heavily inspired by Portal, but with a unique spin on it. Rather than using portals to navigate your way through various puzzles, you instead flip your Polarity from Red to Blue to progress through different challenges.
The premise of the game is that you have been hired as a hacker to break into a secure database to steal some data. The hacking is represented by the world of Polarity as you bypass various security challenges picking up data fragments along the way. Unfortunately the game doesn't explain this point well.
We complete 5 levels in this preview and collect 11 data fragments, although we missed 4 fragments, and will have to retry to those levels to find them, as all data fragments must be found in order to unlock the final level.
