The idea was to apply the Any% VCitW route and alter it as needed.

The movement up to duping the first ticket is NOT important. Because the tickets move on a cycle, as long as you have enough time to dupe it, you're fine. I wait before jumping down so that the 2nd ticket will be later in its cycle.

The movement after the first ticket isn't very tight either, you need to be ready to dupe before you run out of time, but otherwise it's okay.

The basic idea is: The faster you grab the 1st ticket, the harder it will be to grab the 2nd ticket. I waited until around 4-5 seconds.
