Sulfur is a roguelite FPS that's already very close to greatness. It's got unique and fun weapons, a great atmosphere, plenty to explore, and a fantastic style that ties it all together. My only issue is one of balance. It seems the game is so artificially difficult and resources so scarce that it somewhat defeats its own best aspects. Luckily, this is something that can be dialed in over time. I'd suggest a serious look at what the source of difficulty is supposed to be and how the player is expected to navigate it. But I still think the game is pretty great as-is, and will likely only get better with time.
