I thought of this project for many years, and with the onset of Covid and winter approaching, I felt like finally doing this. This was hard for me to build up the courage to do a very serious project dealing with the sad and lonely nature cold weather brings. This honestly helped me deal with some demons swimming in my head, I have kept a single page of notes and tweaking the words into some sort of poem. Getting my thoughts out to the world now feels like a huge weight off my chest. this is not a joke, take personal mental heath problems seriously. my therapist suggested sharing my feelings with others to help myself open up so this is my sharing.
