0Welcome to my Let's Play series with the game A House Of Many Doors by Pixel Trickery where you are a captain of a skittering kinetopede travelling around a vast parasite-dimension called the house where we are trying to escape this otherworldly expanse with our vehicle, crew and hopefully our sanity intact!
This game is highly influenced by the likes of Sunless Sea, Planescape: Torment and FTL so expect a lot of reading, bad decision making and eventual death. Just another standard let's play then for me!
In this episode now that we are fully equipped with more guns and better armour I feel more comfortable with letting some of these more aggressive vehicles catch up on us just to see what all the fuss is about with the combat... and it heralds some interesting results! It turns out our Guard Captain isn't the celebrated soldier he claims to be. And worse still, there are some people after him. But hey, at least we're given the opportunity to practice our combat capabilities on our way to discovering the City of Engines!

A House of Many Doors is a 2D exploration RPG that takes inspiration from Sunless Sea, China Mieville, Planescape: Torment and Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities. It features over 300,000 words of branching original story and over 770 trillion bad poems.
