112Welp, they haven't missed in awhile, it was bound to happen.
Firstly, I accidentally assumed that Load gave damage unconditionally after reading it for the first time, just disregard what I say about it after the kit review.
This banner has some very flashy, stylish new stuff that looks incredible but generally underperforms. Outis is not a bad support in a Charge team but can't really support herself too well. Fell Bullet is a pretty bad EGO with a nice passive. I would wait to get these from random pulls unless you REALLY like how they look or want to run an Envy/Pride Resonance team.
