This level is a bit ridiculous. There are so many mutants going after you at once, the only sensible thing is to wait them out. Viewing the map in the editor reveals that the autor never intended to throw so many mutants at the player at once, but the floorcodes are messed up and you will inevitably end up aggravating almost all 43 mutants at the same time.
