A Look At Obscure Marvel Retro Games. Blade (PS1). Part 1.
The social phenomenon, the great of greats of 90's Vampire action hero characters, Eric Brooks the Vampire half-breed in both ways, ethnic-wise in modern USA between white VS black English America, then also as a symbol of the rogue Vampire, like Lestat from Interview With The Vampire for example or Alucard, in Castlevania SOTN, the unlikely Vampire hero against usually his own people, that is Vampires.
Blade was a great movie, the first to me being a modern classic, and the sequel equally as good. Since I'm in a mood not only for creepy but also for Marvel content-wise, due to the unfortunate great loss of Stan Lee the creator of all our beloved childhood favorite heroic figures in comic book form other than DC comics that is, then here we go attempting one of the most obscure PS1 Marvel games, one of the least talked about, then also one of the pre-Devil May Cry games, before Devil May Cry became a popular franchise by a popular gaming company, which to be more specific in the matter, all forms of video game craze to do with trench coat styled antiheroes from movies to comics, that's all going back to Alucard, Bela Lugosi's Dracula and the old German expressionism films, then Hellboy and following then you have Matrix and Blade and other similar type of games as well to add to the fray.
So let's attempt at least playing some Blade PS1 for now, then maybe another game will be added into it, and this game is not exactly popular at all and I've only come to know about it eventually later on over the years playing retro games, so this should most likely be interesting to Marvel fans, being that the kick start of the Marvel movies side of their licensing and company was from it's cartoon straight to the big screen with Blade then following X-Men and Spider-Man in the early 2000's.
