39Since I didn't keep my Tea with G commitment last Sunday I decided to do something special.\n\nSo this Sunday, Tomorrow May 12th, I am hosting a Meditation Open House.\n\nAnyone who would like to come for a guided meditation, the invitation is open to all.\n\nIt will begin with a short introduction (as people arrive, followed by a 20 or 25 minuted guided meditation, followed by and Q&A period.\n\nIt's open and free.\n\nSo I hope you will join me there for a meditative bit of self-care and refreshment.
