Don't Say Anything
In presence tapping there is no need to use words. Many people get hung up about what to say during EFT. Presence tapping eliminates that. You don't have to say anything at all.

I am making my way back to all of my older Meridian tapping videos and re-editing them to focus more on the tapping and less on the explanation.

I am also doing new ones in the way I now do tapping which is quite a bit different than the way I used to do it.
