I don't know how much recording and talking everything out loud had helped, but since this video came out I have been a lot more calm. It's not that nothing was on my mind anymore, especially with the unexpected amount of time it takes to make the videos and keeping up my main job, but I am back to evaluating and away from fearing, which takes off a huge burden.
