I'm always apprehensive of games that are so clearly trying to capture that nostalgia for Portal. The big question is always: are the mechanics actually good? In Total Reload, the core mechanic is a fairly familiar one, connecting cables from power sources to targets to open gates, resulting in Talos-like sequencing puzzles. Here we take a look at the first section of the demo.
