A Unfinished Slovakian mod based as a sequel to the Mafia (2002) video game hence it uses sound effects and textures from Mafia as well its short but very well made.

A standalone remake of the OG mod it also cuts the entire dons office intro cutscene from the original.
A really good remake with superb weapon animations and sound effects.

A mod that makes the difficulty and gore more brutal, and adds new weapons and levels taken from other classic video games making this a homage to classic FPS games such as Doom, Quake, Soldier of Fortune, Blood, etc.

A mostly lore friendly gameplay overhaul mod for Half-Life with higher detailed animations, gore effects, and quality of life improvements.

A retailing of the story of Heart of Darkness/Apocalypse Now with dark humor, zombies, puzzles, and so much non stop action I would have thought John Woo's Bullet in the Head might be one of the inspirations behind this too!

A bizarre remake of the OG Heart of Evil that includes removal of many scripted level transition scenes, simplification of puzzles, even more unexpected silly but funny comedy, and a even crazier ending.
Not recommend to play this if you haven't played the original mod play the above remod addon instead for a proper remake/HD reskin.
9. Night at the Office

A short Die Hard style mod about bad guys infiltrating a high rise office building in the night also has multiple endings.
This mod makes me wish for a single-player story mod based on hospital scenario from John Woo's Hard Boiled.
P.S. the axe will take a few tries to take out the first bad guy due to poor hit detection.

A standalone remake with better combat, and very Die Hard appropriate weapons among other changes.
I really like this Remod and prefer to the original since the HUD also stopped working in the OG mod for me.

A short mod with fights with human enemies in the snow.
Also uses Soldier of Fortune (2000) sound effects for the shotgun and pistol which is really cool.
The SMG has the most bizarre view model I have seen a mod yet.

A very nice standalone remake of the OG mod.
Prefer it over the OG mod since it features much better combat, is easier to get running then the OG mod, and the HUD stopped working for me in the original.
