Amicia, Hugo and Lucas have to cross a battlefield full of corpses and rats. They encounter several obstacles and enemies along the way, such as a guard with a lantern, a drawbridge and a catapult. They also learn more about Hugo’s condition, the Prima Macula, and the Inquisition’s plans to use it. The chapter ends with them reaching the aqueduct, which leads them to the Chateau d’Ombrage (Castle).
