A Plague Tale: Requiem (XSX) - game breaking glitch Level VII (boat anchor won’t lift)
11After being stuck for over an hour, I realized something might be wrong with my game.
This is level 7 of A Plague Tale: Requiem. At the end of this stage, you need to free an anchor from a ship so you can set sail for an island. However, the anchor is blocked so you and your NPC need to rotate a wheel to raise weak point in the chain then you can shoot it with your sling. Unfortunately, my game doesn't trigger this critical story point, leaving me stranded with no way to progress.
Unless this gets patched, I have no way of progressing in the game - a game breaking bug.
This sucks because I was enjoying the game so far and wanted to finish it. Yes, I tried restarting several times but that had no effect.
