A Real Simple Level Select Code in Sonic Triple Trouble (Sega Game Gear) - Retrogaming Easter Eggs
969The level select code in Sonic The Hedgehog: Triple Trouble for the Sega Game Gear doesn't require you to memorize any numbers or any sequence of inputs or anything like that. All you have to do is hold UP and press START on the opening sequence... sort of.
There's also an element of timing to it, but it's not NEARLY as bad as the one in Sonic 3. When the opening screen begins, five Chaos Emeralds will appear, and Knuckles will bounce along the screen to collect all of them. Hold UP and press START just before he collects the THIRD Chaos Emerald, and if you did it correctly, you will hear a ring chime.
Now simply start the game and select your character, and you should see the Level Select screen!
