Dr. John Sanford has published numerous technical papers since advancing the genetic entropy thesis. Many of these papers are found in the conventional literature (papers validating the reality of genetic entropy). And this abundance of technical work has been based on extremely technical population genetics research - a field that Dr. Zach Hancock criticizes Dr. John Sanford of not knowing well.
Numerical simulations are much more superior to highly contrived mathematical models. These are the types of formulas Zach Hancock and other scientists in the field of population genetics focus so heavily on. Mendel's Accountant is the most sophisticated numerical simulation modeling program ever formulated. This is what is required for forward-moving populations. Zach Hancock calls John Sanford's model "cartoonish". The truth is, Zach's model does not fit reality.
Mendel’s accountant is user-specific. You can input whichever settings you want--realistic or unrealistic. And when you input realistic conditions, evolution fails and genetic degeneration is inevitable.
The primary authors of the Mendel Code (Dr. John Baumgardner and Dr. Wes Brewer) are world class experts in numerical simulations.
As far as rare beneficial mutations go, they (which are mostly reductive and functionally compromising to organisms) cannot compensate for the damage done through the relentless influx of deleterious mutations.
