UPDATE3: I removed the aluminium plate and switched out the R switch with F1 ... also took apart the defective switch, pressed on its contact from inside-outwards and now seems to be fixed... weird...
UPDATE2: after the first match of Dota 2 I noticed the letter R behaves differently... feels different to press... all the other keys are ok.
UPDATE: the switch brand is GLORY ... Blue... or at least that is written on the transparent part of the switches
