We're back as Batman. But we're no longer on Arkham Island. We're back in Gotham. But things have gone bad here. Both Blackgate Prison and Arkham Asylum have been shut down and the inmates have been moved into a section of Gotham known now as Arkham City. This new city is being run bu Hugo Strange. What is he planning? and what do the other Gotham villians have to do with it? We must shut down this crime city and put a stop to Strange's plans.
Things are getting crazy in Arkham City. There are a ton of criminals and villains. Even the mayor has been thrown in. What is Strange planning?
