How to speak to a rep for EDD. Step by Step:
Steps:
1.Take out your phone
2.Call: 833-978-2511
3.Press #. Skips you to English
4.Press 1, which indicates that you are unemployed
5.Wait approximately 1 min, 30sec. Press 2...
6.Wait another 30 seconds. Press 1. That will prompt you to a rep, if you are lucky. Mind you:
this took me 2 weeks to get through a rep. I hope this tutorial helps you, get out of pending.
I do this for free, no money needed. Just here to help
7.If it says wait in line or something, like that. I waited for example:10min..., wait, wait, wait
if you still don't get through a rep, just do the steps over, until they answer you.
It took me 3 tries, to get through. As of now, my weeks are no longer pending. Just hope
you get the nice lady, I got.
Know what the rep is going to ask you, once you get through to one.
1.Full name
2.Address of residential or wherever you live.
3.Your phone number.
4.She's going to ask you about your business of employment, and the month, or if you know
the date as well, that would be better.
5.She's going to ask you, like the name of your company, or if you moved. You have to
let he/she know that you got unemployed by a different company.
6.Good luck!..
They do all this to prevent fraud, and fake people....
