\( \mathrm{P} \) a pool so that its upper circular surface is in level W with the water surface. Length of the cylinder is \( 1=20 \mathrm{~cm} \) and radius is \( r=3.0 \mathrm{~cm} \). When released the cylinder jumps out of water moving vertically.
Find velocity with which the cylinder leaves the water surface. Density of water is \( \rho_{0}=1000 \mathrm{~kg} / \mathrm{m}^{3} \) and acceleration of free fall is \( g=10 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}^{2} \).
