Save as a .sh file for Windows (shell script).

This is a very simple script that just copies your minecraft world to a specified folder and timestamps the backup. The reason this is geared towards Alpha/Beta is because newer versions of the game have mods that do this automatically. Plus, I believe worlds are less likely to corrupt today so backups are less important. If you know how to write in the language, you could try also zipping the backup so it takes less space (but I find it easier to leave it unzipped so it's quick to load in Minecraft).
