I had the "great idea" that, for the first time ever, I would use a cloud service rather than local rendering.
This is what happens when you trust that others will do things right, spending a lot on the process.
Hopefully this serves as a warning for anyone else considering Topaz's "Starlight Best" model. Waste of money.

Out of the 101 videos, the vast majority are similar or worse than local rendering with a consumer GPU.
Many of them also have issues suspiciously reminiscent of a bad frame interpolation model.
However, to show that this is not a frame interpolation problem, this time I preserved the original 15 FPS.
The endings alone are almost 13 minutes, so I didn't even bother with them. It was going to be a disaster anyway...
