3A place where George Washington and others once settled. An old school house, and a Witch named "Mary" that use to collect herbs, as she could be seen by the school kids and run back to their classroom yelling scared. The witch's house was a cabin that resided on the left side of the Y-split in the creek. On the right a settlement use to be here as well that would go and serve George Washingtons people, also would go on to be sold to the city before the town was built. It also was once served by the Natives as you can still find arrowheads and other unique rocks like iron, alum, coal, and a slate creek bed that runs through the whole park. They used these materials to build the school house and cabins that once stood here.
