A Winter of Plenty | Farm Manager 2021 - Part 13 - Full Version
196Farm Manager 2021 continues and we have a very profitable winter, with much money coming in from all across our farm. The factories are now producing an awful lot of output which results in lots of profit for us. There's some research done over winter too which will boost this even further.
Before winter sets in, we spend some time setting up a new orchard area, complete with another little 'hub' of garages, parking lots and storage buildings. No trees are planted due to the time of year but the area is ready to go in Spring and will eventually produce lots of wonderful fruit which we can use in some fruit processing factories we have planned!
Quite a bit of effort goes into getting all of our dairy factories staffed, although this doesn't quite go according to plan because we just can't get enough workers with the manufacturing skill.
Also we begin to make our own silage, we place down another sunflower field and we replace our grass fields with another type of crop.

In the mechanic’s garage, they will take care of your agricultural machinery. Employees from the veterinary center will ensure the health of your farm animals.
Prepare fields in spring, care for plants in summer, harvest crops in autumn and grow plants in greenhouses in winter. The weather can be dangerous for your farm. Heavy rain and hail may affect crop harvesting, and a thunderstorm can cause a fire that will damage your farm.
A satisfied employee is a good employee! Hire permanent and seasonal employees. Keep employees satisfied, control payroll and overtime. Increase their qualifications through trainings. Remember that everyone deserves a rest. Angry employees can leave at any time, so it’s really worth taking care of them.
