Hey, what's up gamers? In this video, we're going to talk about the SAF AFTRA strike and why we think AAA gaming developers should follow their example. If you don't know, SAF AFTRA is the union that represents voice actors and performers in the entertainment industry, and they recently went on strike to demand better working conditions and fair compensation. They managed to get some major wins, like better pay, more transparency, and protection from harassment and abuse. I think this is awesome, and I wish more workers in the gaming industry had the same rights and respect. You know how bad it is for game developers, right? They have to work insane hours, crunch deadlines, deal with toxic management, and often get laid off or underpaid. It's not fair, and it's not sustainable. That's why we think AAA gaming developers should unionize and fight for their own interests, just like SAF AFTRA did. It would make the industry better for everyone: the workers, the consumers, and even the publishers. Don't you agree?
