The performance benefit of having REBAR ON for Nvidia cards 3000+

REBAR (Resizable BAR) is the same thing as Above 4G Decoding, but it applies to an enforced limitation done by Nvidia to be compatible with 32 Bit (A long time ago). Above 4G Decoding will do the same thing for Intel and AMD Graphics card. REBAR affects only Graphics cards from the 3000 Series up.
