Summary:
-Above the table with perfect movement to the upper corner of the exit is the fastest (also the most precise by far, even the best players will not get this very consistently).
-Below the table with good movement to the lower corner of the exit is one frame slower than optimal movement above the table, but not very hard.
-Above the table with good movement to the upper corner of the exit is the same speed as good movement below the table. Both 1 frame slower than optimal above the table. If you go above the table, you will probably get this most often.
-Above the table with good movement to the lower corner of the door (straight left above the table like many RTA runners do) is 2 frames slower than optimal above the table movement.
