For unrestricted glitchless rulesets. Unrestricted any% doesn't do fire temple, but this is great for an IL, or maybe hundo? Do the dungeon normally up to here, get this key, and then do this trick to skip the second boulder maze key, and the key below the bomb floor.

walkthrough:
-Corner, backflip (draw sword for optimization during backflip)
-horizontal slash + shield
-Pull chu, 1 ess right
-wait until the third frame of red fade-in after the 3rd full blue frame
-shield drop the chu, quickly do 3 ess right
-wait until the chu is untargetable on the ceiling, then hold target (don't wait too long)
-wait until the frame shown to hold up and roll, 2 frames before the chu becomes full blue [rolling 1 frame before this works too, look out for the bracketed adjustment later]
-equip hover boots on the 5th roll frame, the one with 8 speed
-hold up until the frame after link's feet make the sound indicating the roll is over
-ess left 2 frames
-continue to hold ess left and hold target for 5 more frames until the frame shown where the explosion begins to cover link [instead of 5 frames here, 6 frames if you rolled on the bracketed earlier frame above]
-keep holding target, and hold full down and shield for 1 frame
-keep holding target and shield, and backflip with upleft
-hold upleft midair until the ledge grab
