Absolum Demo Walkthrough - No Commentary - STEAM NEXT FEST 2025
1In this walkthrough, we’re playing the demo for, Absolum, a new 2D roguelike beat 'em up from the devs who made the stylish Streets of Rage 4. This demo is pretty standard beat 'em up action mixed with RPG mechanics also a little bit of Hades inspiration with the artstyle and even multiple paths to choose. Sad that the third character wasnt playable unless I had to do some secret thing but regardless its seems pretty though I do hope there is some variety in enemies and also combat. The dodge/guard mechanic also felt a little odd and not too responsive, would be nice if it wasnt attached to dodge and had its own button. Definitely will keep my eye on this one!
