Not the best moment, probably, but this should do, since it shows quite a long braking - just what I needed (even considering this is 12x slowed down).
I'm not sure if this technique was ever mentioned, but I discovered it quite a while ago and was wondering if it had a name. At some point I believed it was the "inertia drifting" you most likely heard of, but it turned out that "kansei dorifto" was merely another name for Scandinavian flick...
So, the question stands: what to name THIS? Reverse drifting? Step-out braking? Riding the 3-9 line? Riding the brake?
Interestingly enough, it can be performed in a relatively straight line. Mostly on a descending slope entering a hairpin. I can't remember exactly, but I think you don't need to flick the car - just a little nudge from inside steering with proper braking should initiate this kind of a deceleration drift (another potential name?)

Looking closely, the rear tyres manage to still leave the sideways traces even under a relatively heavy braking... or is it just the outside rear that takes the most load? Also, the g-circle shows some interesting stuff. There is barely any forward g-loading showing - only a lot of port side one. I guess that's just another signature property of this technique. In "normal drifting" the dot usually lies on the 45° line in either of the hindmost quadrants.
Sounds like this could potentially improve cornering times...

P. S.: the thumbnail and the shooting angle are merely to clarify that everything was under control - the rotation didn't stop simply because of hitting the guard rail or the kerb.
