Erik Loyalskull's location on the map can be seen at the start of the video. Power level was 27 at this point in the game, which is not recommended at all (red skull), but still totally doable as you can see from the video. The reward for beating him is the Fafnir's Fang 2-handed spear weapon.

How to beat Erik Loyalskull:
- make sure your rations are full
- parry his normal and orange attacks, evade red ones
- use heavy attacks to chip away his stun meter and then capitalize when its empty
- use your abilities to do extra damage and stagger him
- a predator bow can do decent damage too
- evade or block the throwing axes (keep a close distance to avoid these attacks in the first place).
