I really slaughtered the aces in this run through. Damn I'm good. Ace difficulty too. The Ace of Aces! I eat up all the aces like they are free pizza at an anime convention.

This is the same footage as my commentary video, but this version is CLEAN of my words, except for this description. My commentary was a bit messy as I'm still a bit of a beginner at it. I'm scared of long pauses. Maybe it's fine to have that though, but I also like my style. I could just be over reacting. It's not the last time I do an Ace Combat commentary. There'll be some times through my AC04 run where I could do it. Or whatever else I choose to do.

Maybe a bit too focused on Inuyashiki. As I said, there's no one around me who's watched it. It makes me feel like I'm the only person who's seen it. Also there's a live-action movie of it that I want to see if it were to be available. For some time I've seen it's only been available on Amazon Prime and then I found they cut off broadcasting it to people within the US. Region-locked to who knows where (Japan?). It's terrible that they would be the only people who have a hold of the series and not make it available to me. That creates the justification to pirate. It doesn't feel wrong for me to pirate if they refuse to provide me my media. I enjoy getting physical media so I don't have to ever rely on failure online service providers. Inuyashiki is now on Crunchyroll thankfully. I don't want to pirate, but it's a last resort if I'm desperate.

Now onto the topic of Crunchyroll. Have you realized how crap their app has been? Since forever it's been horribly slow on Roku and crashes off and on, on PS4. It looks like recently they FINALLY updated the thing to load faster. It's like 3x faster now than it was. I expect it's more stable, but I their video player is still far from perfect.

Speaking of PS4, I'm thinking of getting a PS5 next month. I was thinking of getting it in July, but I realize I'm in the mood to get one now. As far as I am in Far Cry 6, I'm up to some kind of bombing mission, so I want to experience that as good as I can. I have zero expectation the mission will impress me as the game hasn't throughout the whole thing so far, but at least I can get what I expect to be my favorite part of the game to run as smooth as I'd like it. Supposedly the game runs at 60fps and if it's run on an SSD, there should be less significant breaks during in-game environment loading. I really agree with CircleToons on the topic of games having too much wasteful content. They could reduce waste and also cut out microtransaction stores. Ten dollars for a MICRO transaction is really not micro.

Why do I really want a PS5? No one's asking that, but there's two reasons. I want to experience NieR Replicant for the first time as good as it can possibly be. Also I need it so I'm prepped for Armored Core 6. Ace Combat 8 hasn't been announced yet. I guess one more reason is that game captures are improved on the console. I expect AC7 will have 1080p60 capture on PS5. On PS4 Slim it was 720p30 I think.
