Accessible Scalextric
2Adaptation for Sport/Analogue style Scalextric.
1. Speed limiter for both cars individually (via 5v-15v power supplies). Reducing the speed means that it can be made impossible to fly off the track at the corners.
2. Switch access for both cars.
3. On/off power switch for either car, for a helper to assist in starting and stopping a race.
4. Cable-tidy method gripped around the trigger enables the car to trickle around the track, with switch used for timed "Turbo boosts".
5. You can latch a switch on, or use the cable-tidy to have a dummy car drive round the track constantly for one-player games.
6. Cars have lights to aid following them.
7. Cross-over and chicane adds a skill element even if you are driving very slowly.
