When looking at new deals I accidentally bought a Pony, and after asking for help Gameloft sent me an old save, it locked up my game for days, and didn't change the damage done. I have been saving up for the Crystal Guards for a long time, buying this pony on accident has set me back almost a whole month, and not being able to play for days has set me back over 20 rubies.... I am sorry If I wasn't able to help send you a heart this week, I feel bad, and I feel angry that Gameloft didn't help me, there idea of help locked up my game for days. :( All those contests I fought hard to win was for nothing.
