Welcome, beautiful people. Day 7 and we’re back in the water at Genesis running, breathing, and moving forward. Week after week, the world shakes us; our environment shapes what we become. Sometimes we can’t control the soil we grow in that’s why we hold on to faith, keep our eyes forward, and run the first chance we get if the place is toxic.
Today I saw my trainer and she asked, “are you really out here?” hell yeah I’m out here. We keep showing up, we keep the promise to ourselves. Accountability is forward motion.
