After the success of Operations Alphaville and Bellissima, the headquarters of the Rebel Forces, Saint Ark, was finally open to an invasion by the Usean Allied Forces. However, the rebels were able to set up several lines of defense in the city. Scarface Squadron's mission was to destroy the lines of defense and destroy the rebel headquarters in order to soften up the city for the Allied invasion force that would follow them.
