DESCRIPTION
This is the first Ace Combat game set in our beloved Strangereal world, and it’s set in Usea.
It features places that would be mentioned or reused in later games (ex: Comona Islands, Snider’s Top, etc.); it's also the first Ace Combat game that has enemy aces and the first to feature an original aircraft, the XFA-27.

Getting shot down is harder than in the previous game, and it takes two shots to kill you, even in the A-4, so the overall difficulty is lower than Air Combat’s.
If you get shot down you don't lose the plane, unlike in Air Combat, but you lose money (the amount depends on the aircraft: the better the aircraft, the more money you lose). However if you lose all your cash, you can't get into debt and even if you get to 0 money you can keep playing.

Flying the A-4 can be pretty frustrating, specially near the end of the game when enemy aircraft are top-tier.
I didn’t want to play the campaign twice and get the 100% completion because that wasn’t my goal.

The game isn’t hard at all.
