This is the other mission that takes place during the 2nd Joint Assault mission. It involves destroying enemies around a downed helicopter, protecting the rescure helicopter as it comes to pick them up and as it flies off to escape.

This mission is noticeably harder to get S Rank on. The main reason is that the helicopter is initially surrounded by 2 tanks and 2 vehicles. Without the use of LASMs the tanks will fire on the helicopter and the VIP will lose 30% of the MPG gauge. Add into this that RPGs will randomly pop up around the map that fire off extremely quickly meaning Paper Wasp might take a bit of damage.

Tracer has a unique SP function in that it will create a line behind your target. This line will tell you in which they are flying and how fast or hard they're turning. Really handy for some fights.

Unfortunately I was trying to get an S Rank in this mission for the video meaning I couldn't grab the Ace and show it to you guys. But have no fear this one is extremely easy to get as long as you don't mind getting an A/B. When Phase 2 starts he spawns at the north side of the map near the water. He starts at the west side and flies to the east and then doubles back.

He disappears when Phase 3 starts. You will see me flying towards a lone Triangle before I get thrown into Phase 3, that is Hengel.
