The Downtown section of Eisenstadt is linear and a bit more upper-class than Midtown, as well as a bit more destroyed. You don't see it in this video, but there's a second part to the southwest separated by a loading area that still counts as Downtown proper for the purposes of collecting loot (cf. Midtown East and West). The Veil barricades first seen in the end of the Hospital mission start getting deployed as well, and aside from a bit more enemy density there's also a greater presence of Sniffers, Scribes and Elite Guards; the area I wander into about three minutes in tends to be be the primary killbox for the region. Fortunately you start getting ammo for all the fun guns semi-regularly during the missions in this area, so dealing with them expediently isn't too much of an issue. Plus you've got Shield and can run and nothing but Sniffers will follow you into the sewers, so hey.
