This video you will see my journey through having a massive knee surgery. On August 9th 2016 I had my Anterior Crucial Ligament replaced with a cadaver ACL. I also had my medial meniscus removed and my lateral meniscus shaved down. This video I documented from 3 days after surgery to 30 days. I did not document the surgery and the initial days after because I was too out of it and not in the right frame of mind. During this vlog you will see how my knee healed and how long it takes me to progress and I hope this videos helps anyone going through what I went through. Along this VLOG you will get some bonus footage like Chi Sheibleys fight in Minneapolis. The whole trip is documented and this was also my first time coaching injured. This was a big part of my life so I felt like sharing it hope you enjoyed it. The next step is to lose this weight I have put on so the next episode will be my journey to getting back to fighting shape.
