We start up a series of Across the Obelisk. While I could just go about doing something special here and starting from scratch, I just want to have fun with this series and stomp on some mooks here and there with some strategy, a type of style I rarely get to flex!
For this stream, we tried to beat Madness Tier 3, but unfortunately failed to defeat the boss. As a result, I ended up doing something drastic. I opted to lower the Madness Tier to 2, but as a penalty, I added two events to make it harder on me as I go along this venture! That being a Doom Track if I reach an Underwhelming Performance, and I made them more durable, giving 10% to all of their resistances. In turn however, I am able to benefit from having rewards again, making my job infinitely easier. Regardless, with our Sharp Fury build on Grukli, Gustav on full bard support, Zek and Malenia on Full Darkness, with many traits synergizing well with one another, I suspect a very powerful group will be made from this, especially near the end when the combo of items work in our favor.
