Acrylic after drill alpha attach PI 4 part?
1Building the double monitor for CNC 3018
The double monitir us complete. but inception nit not pass. its unalighed and yet to be tested. But CNC was tested ok so far. need to swap z axis.
There was 4 plates. 2 plastic acrylic . one plastic cnc type.. one copper.
monitor Frame is window screen aluminium and plastic corners. the frame could use more holes.
I may have to reassemble and fix alignment and studriness. and micro HDMI cable problems. need thin micro HDMI 2 15,6 video controller LCD.
My mission to enable Mysql and php and other script parsers to API with machine. Crimewars game workshop API work with Intmain.xyz CNC API for gaming and CNCing. To gmod and stream and stereo stream.
upgrades Spindle. wiring. range sensor. motor controller. reprogram nano\andriod . add more pi 3 4 0. multi OS. andriod windows debian. stop sensors.
the upgrades are sometimes need a few more parts. like need find v12 1a for other screen/controller. also HDMI cable and convert micro HDMI. adding vaccume and container treads.
possible upgrades. laser and 3d lrinter head. printer.
v axis. moving camera(s) +- 3D cam. capture HDMI usb. usb hub.
Good industrial upgrade. power spitter. ?battery backup. == problem.
Problwm= machine already weights alot with monitors. hard to carry. withput knocking off monitors. if add socket outs then use all in one. but mass.
power needed 3 a 5v pi4 24v CNC 12v 1a x monitors. we got needed 2 plugs. the 3rd and 4th optional. 2nd off outload power usb ok.
it's not too bad on need too many outlets.
the PI is getting heat skins also. which guves idea to upgrade all CNC motor , nano and other flat ICs and transistors to have Aluminum heat sinks or copper.
The CNC is on rhe network already online.
Camera is installed and enabled. Ribbon cable was upgraded for greater length.
need buy more acryllic plates or just use wood or salvage plastic.
