Active Recovery + Breath Work [@FightAndFlow]
This practice includes three breath work styles, simple bodyweight calisthenics, and an ashtanga yoga flow intended for an active recovery session. For more workouts like this, follow @FightAndFlow on YouTube and Instagram.
This workout was created for our March Fitness group, where over ~250 friends commit to tracking and sharing workouts with each other (while earning points) for the month of March. At the end, winners in each category can donate March Fitness proceeds to a cause they believe in.
